Restroom contractor for managers, Tulsa

Built for the people who answer for the building

When a restroom fails, the calls go to you: a stall that will not latch, a floor that smells after it is mopped, a sink nobody in a wheelchair can use. We fix the cause, not just the part that broke, and we plan the work around how your building runs. If you want one restroom kept open while we work on the other, that can be done; how the work is phased is your call.

You get one crew from the walk-through to the handover, an itemized written quote you can take to budget approval, and each location on its own line if you run more than one. We are SAM registered for public work, and we rebuilt the restrooms at the Tulsa Job Corps Center, a federally funded training center.

Commercial restroom questions, Tulsa

What managers ask before they book

Can our building stay open during the work?

It can be. Where the building has more than one restroom, keeping one open while we work on the other is possible, and whether to do it is your call. A building with a single restroom is without it while the work is done; commercial jobs usually run 2 days to a week, and we set the dates with you.

Do you work across several locations?

Yes. We walk each site, write one specification so the restrooms match, and quote each location on its own line, so you can approve and schedule them one at a time.

Will the restroom need to meet ADA rules?

Whatever we alter has to meet the 2010 ADA Standards, and an alteration can bring the path to the restroom into it too. Our ADA restroom compliance page explains which rule applies.

Can you do public or federally funded work?

Yes. We are SAM registered for federal work, and we rebuilt the restrooms at the Tulsa Job Corps Center, a federally funded training center.

Is there a minimum job size?

Our minimum job is $2,500 to $5,000, so a single faucet or one toilet is usually better done by a plumber. We are the right call for a whole restroom, several restrooms, or several locations.

Is there a warranty?

A written 1-year warranty on our workmanship, with the makers' warranties on fixtures and materials passed through to you.
